摘要
利用以二苯并噻吩为唯一硫源的选择性培养基,从开滦集团唐山矿矿坑水中分离出一株高效脱硫菌株(FL)。对菌株进行了形态观察,初定鉴定为微杆菌属。采用单因素和正交实验法,最终确定菌株脱硫的最佳条件为初始p H值7.5,温度30℃,DBT浓度0.2 mmol/L,接菌量10%,装液量100 m L/250 m L。此条件下培养4 d,FL菌株对DBT的降解率可达58.3%。
With Dibenzothiophene(DBT) as the selective culture medium of sole sulfur source, one Desulfurization(FL) strain was separated from mine water of Tangshan Mine of Kailuan Group. The bacterial strain was examined by observing morphology, and it was belonged to Microbacterium after preliminary appraisal. By using single factor and orthogonal experiment method, the optimum cultural conditions for strain to have desulfurizing ability was ascertained as follows: initial p H 7.5, termperature30 ℃, DBT concentration 0.2 mmol/L, inoculation quantity 10%, loaded liquid volume 100 m L/250 m L.Under these aboved conditions, the degradation rate of FL strain for DBT could reach 58.3%.
