摘要
目的探讨1-磷酸鞘氨醇(sphingosine1-phosphate,S1P)预防化疗性静脉炎的效果。方法将30只新西兰兔随机分为空白对照组、地塞米松处理组和S1P处理组,每组兔耳20只。空白对照组直接注射长春瑞滨,剂量为2mg/kg;地塞米松组先注射地塞米松,剂量为0.25mg/kg,再注射长春瑞滨;S1P处理组先注射S1P,剂量为90μg/kg,再注射长春瑞滨。比较三组的疗效。结果在输注长春瑞滨72h后静脉炎发生最严重,其中S1P组相对其他组静脉炎较轻微;地塞米松组和S1P组的微血管通透性改变较对照组轻微。结论 1-磷酸鞘氨醇可以预防长春瑞滨所致化疗性静脉炎。
Objective To investigate the preventive effects of sphingosine 1-phosphate （S1P） on vinorelbine induced phlebitis.Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into three groups：control group,dexamethason group,and the S1P group.The control group was injected with 2 mg/kg vinorelbine,the dexamethason group was injected with 0.25 mg/kg dexamethason and then vinorelbine,and the S1P group was injected with 90 μg/kg S1P and then vinorelbine.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The most severe phlebitis occurred 72 hours after vinorelbine intravenous injection,and the phlebitis of S1P group was lighter.The changes of the capillary permeability in S1P and dexamethason groups were lighter than control group.Conclusion S1P can prevent phlebitis induced by vinorelbine.
