摘要 研究影响Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q激光输出特性的因素;构造了端面泵浦的实验结构,对Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q的Nd3+∶YAG激光器进行了实验,得到了泵浦电流、腔长和输出镜透过率对脉冲激光输出功率和脉冲重复率的影响.结果表明,输出功率和脉冲重复率均随泵浦电流的增大而增大,随腔长的增大而减小;对确定的谐振腔结构,存在一最佳输出镜透过率,使得激光器输出功率最大,且输出脉冲重复率的变化范围最小. The factors which affect the output characteristic of the passively Q-switched solid-state laser were studied. The experimental configuration were stetted up and the experimental study were perform on the Nd3+: YAG laser passively Q-switched by Cr4+ : YAG. The influencing relation that the output power and pulse repetition rate were changed with pumped current and output couple and cavity length were obtained. The results show the output power and pulse repetition rate increased with the pumped current increased, but the impact of cavity length is on the contrary side; there was a prime output couple which caused the most output power and the least variety range of the pulse repetition rate.
