摘要
文章阐述了被动调Q晶体Cr4+∶YAG小信号透过率与最大透过率的关系,研究了激光器的输出镜最佳反射率与晶体最佳小信号透过率的关系。采用环形二极管激光器泵浦YAG,利用角锥棱镜作为全反镜,Cr4+∶YAG作为被动Q开关,实现了脉冲重复率20Hz,稳定输出能量200mJ,脉冲宽度11ns。
The article describes the relationship of the initial transmission and max transmission, and the unique choice of output coupler and initial transmission of Cr^4+ :YAG crystal. The Nd:YAG laser is pumped by ring laser diodes. When a pyramid is used as total reflective mirror and Cr^4+:YAG used as passively Q switch,the Nd:YAG laser can output stable laser energy of 200mJ with pulse repeat frequency of 20 Hz and pulse width of 11 ns.
