摘要
用显微镜检与黑白瓶测氧法测定滩涂鱼塘藻类种群及初级生产力。结果表明:滩涂鱼塘共有藻类5门44种,平均每升36122718个,生物量为80.29mg/L;藻类组成与云南异龙湖相似;藻类总数与洞庭湖高产塘接近;产碳量平均1372mg/m2d,与淡水湖泊及高产鱼塘相近。研究显示,滩涂盐土通过围塘养鱼可充分利用自然资源,其光合生产力达到高产农田的水平。
Microscopy and the method of black and white bottle were used to study algae population and primary productivity in coastal fishpond.There were 5 phylums and 44 species of algae.Average quantity of 36 122 718 units/L and biomass of 80 29 mg/L were found in the fishpond.Algae composition in the fishpond in coastal saline soil was similar to which in Yilong Lake in Yunan and total amount of algae was similar to which in high yield fishpond in Dongting Lake.Average carbon production was 1 372 mg/m 2·d,close to that in freshwater lake and high yield fishpond.This study also revealed that the coastal resources could be fully used by fish culture to achieve a similar productivity as high yield soil.
