摘要
当前幼儿教师已普遍具备一定的教育公正观,但在用以指导具体教学实践时,表现出了特有的女性主义道德思维和推理方式,强调持续情感关怀与和谐人际关系的构建,并且受到现实的整体教育环境和自身专业素养的影响。
Nowadays preschool teachers generally have a certain view of education fairness. But during the teaching practice, they demonstrate unique feminist moral thinking and reasoning ways, emphasizing continuous emotional care and harmonious interpersonal relationship. What's more, they are affected by the overall educational environment and professional knowledge of their own.
