摘要
目的了解农村老年高血压病患者的遵医情况,针对问题提出护理建议。方法自行设计老年高血压病患者遵医行为调查表,对宁海县269例农村老年高血压病患者进行遵医行为的问卷调查。结果坚持服药、定期复查、戒除烟酒、定时监测血压、合理饮食、适量运动、自我情志调适的遵医率分别为35.7%、32.7%、61.7%、36.0%、34.9%、45.7%、33.1%。结论宁海县农村老年高血压病患者遵医率低,应加强健康教育,采取多种措施减少医疗费支出,提高社会支持度,提高患者遵医率。
Objective To understand the compliance behavior of elderly patients with hypertension in rural area and find out nursing suggestions.Method Investigate 269 elderly hypertensive patients in Ninghai County on compliance behavior by self-designed questionnaire.Result Compliance rate of drug adherence,regular reexamination,smoking and drink cessation,regular monitoring of blood pressure,reasonable diet,regular exercise and emotional self-adjustment are 35.7%,32.7%,61.7%,36.0%,34.9%,45.7% and 33.1%,respectively.Conclusion Compliance rate of elderly hypertensive patients in Ninghai County is low.Enhancing health education,reducing medical cost by various measures and improving social support level can increase patients＇ compliance rate.
