摘要
目的探讨高血压病患者康复教育的最佳模式,帮助患者建立良好的健康行为,提高高血压病患者的生活质量。方法对2002~2003年在我院住院的406例高血压病患者,采取医护患参与的康复教育模式实施健康教育,并于患者入院时、出院后3个月进行患者机体、生活质量及健康行为的评估。结果康复教育后的患者机体、生活质量及健康行为明显提高,与康复教育前比较,控制体重人数经教育后有所增加,但无统计学意义;而检测血压、情绪稳定、合理饮食、适当运动、戒烟限酒、按时服药和定期复查方面,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论建立康复教育模式,可提高高血压病患者自我保健意识,改变不良的生活方式,建立良好的健康行为,有效的控制高血压,从而提高高血压病患者的生活质量。
Objective To probe the best rehabilitation education model of patients with hypertention, help the patient to set up good healthy behaviors, and improve the high blood pressure patient's life quality. Methods Between 2002 and 2003, 406 high blood pressure patients in hospital, adopted patients, doctors and nurses recovery educational pattern, the assessment of patient's organism, life quality and health behavior when patients were admitted to hospital, 3 months after leaving hospital were evaluated. Results Recover patient organism, life quality and healthy behavior after the education raised obviously. Comparing with those before education, the number of controlling weight increased, but there is no statistics meaning. On the following aspects, measuring blood pressure, mood steady, reasonable diet, proper sport, giving up smoking, limiting wine, taking medicine and reexamine regularly on time,there were significant differences, P<0.01. Conclusions Setting up rehabilitation educational pattern,can improve the self- health care consciousness of patients with high blood pressure, changing the bad life style, setting up good healthy behavior, effective controlling high blood pressure, can improve the high blood pressure patient's life quality.
