摘要
为提高电子海图制作的效率和准确度,提出一种新的纸质海图数字化方法,在给出数字化的具体流程,对扫描后的光栅图采用种子扫描线填充算法来确定线物标和面物标,实验结果表明该方法准确、有效。
A new method of digitizing the paper chart was presented to improve the efficiency and accuracy of ENC mapping. The specific flow of digitalization was provided, which could identify the line objects and area objects from the raster scan image based on the scan line seed fill algorithm. The experimental results showed that the method proposed is accurate and effective.
