摘要
八年制医学生是一种新的培养方式,目标是毕业时达到临床医学博士研究生水平。结合八年制医学生自身特点及培养目标,就临床医学院开展八年制导师制教育过程的实践经验进行总结与思考,并提出了一些建议,以期八年制教育得以更好、更高效的开展与实施。
Eight-year program is a new reform for higher medical education in China.Students who complete this program will get medical doctor diploma.According to characteristics of the medical students in eight-year program,this paper makes some conclusions about the tutor of eight-year medical education in clinical medical colleges and gives some advice,in order to improve the eight-year medical education.
