摘要
研究了温度、矿质元素和植物生长调节剂对罗汉松和五针松的花粉萌发和花粉管伸长的影响。结果表明:对罗汉松来说,其花粉的萌发和生长最适温度是30℃,最适矿质元素浓度分别是Mn 5 mg.L-1、Ca 20 mg.L-1、B 15mg.L-1、Zn 10 mg.L-1、Mo 1 mg.L-1,最适植物生长调节剂浓度分别是GA36 mg.L-1、2,4-D6 mg.L-1;对于五针松来说,其花粉萌发和生长最适温度是25℃,最适矿质元素浓度度分别是Mn 15 mg.L-1、Ca 15 mg.L-1、B15mg.L-1、Zn 10 mg.L-1、Mo 1 mg.L-1;最适的植物生长调节剂浓度分别是GA312 mg.L-1、2,4-D 6 mg.L-1。
The effects of temperature,mineral nutrients and plant regulators on germination of pollen and growth of pollen tubes were studied using Podocarpus macrophyllus and Pinus parviflora as experimental materials.It is showed that the optimal temperature of P.macrophyllus at 30 ℃,Mn at 5 mg·L^-1,Ca at 20 mg·L^-1,B at 15 mg·L^-1,Zn at 10 mg·L^-1 and Mo at 1 mg·L^-1 were most favorable for the germination of P.macrophyllus pollen,and GA3 at 6 mg·L^-1 and 2,4-D at 6 mg·L^-1 could stimulate the germination of the pollen.But for P.parviflora,the optimal temperature at 25 ℃,Mn at 15 mg·L^-1,Ca at 15 mg·L^-1,B at 15 mg·L^-1,Zn at 10 mg·L^-1 and Mo at 1 mg·L^-1 were most favorable,and GA3 at 12 mg·L^-1 and 2,4-D at 6 mg·L^-1 could stimulate the germination of the pollen.
