摘要
对某石化公司炼油厂催化重整装置在进行氢压机切换操作时,发生的闪爆着火事故进行了详细分析,从工艺运行参数、设备运行及检验情况、操作情况、压缩机备用情况等方面给出了分析结果,并指出了此次事故应吸取的经验教训。
The accident was analyzed from process controlling parameters,equipment controlling,inspection,operational circumstances,compressor circumstances,and so on,which explosion took place and fired at the catalytic reforming unit of oil refinery of one petrochemical company while the hydrogen compressor being switched.Moreover,the lessons from the accident should be learned.
