摘要
针对具有不同操作工况的连续过程,为了使装置在任一工况下均能达到最大节能潜力,基于夹点技术,根据各工况所对应的夹点位置,扩展了夹点设计原则,提出了一个具有不同操作工况的装置的热集成方法,该方法可以使装置中固定不变部分换热网络结构相同,并且在不同工况下装置的换热网络始终是最大能量回收网络。
A methodology for heat integration of equipments with different operating conditions in continuous processes was presented to maximize the heat recovery of the equipments under any operating condition. The methodology was based on pinch technology and concerns different pinch locations according to different operating conditions. The pinch design principles were extended for each temperature interval divided by each pinch. A two-pinch example was adopted to demonstrate the methodology, and the fundamental feature of the theory is as follows: 1. No cooling utilities are used above the higher pinch temperature; 2. No heating utilities are used below the lower pinch temperature; 3. If utilities exist in the temperature interval between the two pinch points, then cooling utilities can only match the hot streams with switching operation and heating utilities can only match the cold streams with switching operation. This methodology can maximize heat recovery for the equipments with different operating conditions, while keeping the basic heat exchanger networks unchanged.
