摘要 依据水力喷砂分段压裂的技术特点结合常规加砂压裂设计方法,建立了水力喷砂分段压裂优化设计方法。通过数值计算,给出了喷嘴数量与施工排量的匹配关系曲线和环空压力与排量的关系曲线,借助实验手段,模拟现场油管与环空注入压裂液的比例研究了压裂液混合液的黏弹性恢复能力和耐剪切性能,为现场水力喷砂射孔喷嘴数量、排量和射流速度的设计,加砂压裂油管和环空排量的优化提供了参考。 Based on the characteristics of hydraulic sand blasting segregated fracturing technology,combined with the conventional sand fracturing methods,a new method of hydraulic sand blasting segregated fracturing optimization is developed.Through numerical calculation,the curves showing the match of nozzle number with operation displacement and the correlation between annular pressure and displacement are given in this paper.The proportion of the oil tube and the fracturing fluid with annular water injection is simulated;viscoelasticity recovery capability and shearing resistence property of fracturing fluid mixture are studied.All this provides guidance and reference for the design of nozzle number,displacement,and jet flow velocity of hydraulic sand blasting perforation,and the optimization of sand fracturing oil tube and annular displacement.
