摘要
以过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为自由基引发剂,以MS-1和OP-10为乳化剂,丙烯酸酯单体通过乳液聚合制备了具有两亲性的丙烯酸酯聚合物。讨论了功能单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)在聚合物粒子上的分布情况。结果表明,当MAA的量占总单体的3%(质量分数,下同)时,水相中的羧基占羧基总量的6.1%,聚合物表面羧基为50.75%。利用红外光谱和马尔文粒度分布仪对制备的丙烯酸酯聚合物进行了表征;通过黏度测定计算出聚合物黏均相对分子质量为2.6×105。
Amphiphilic acrylic copolymers were prepared by emulsion copolymerization with potassium persulfate (K2S2O8 ) as the initiator and MS-l, OP-10 as emulsifiers, respectively. The roles of functional monomer (MAA) in amphiphilie acrylic copolymers were studied. The effects of monomer ratio on the distribution of the carboxylic groups (serum, surface, buried) were discussed. It is found that when the amount of MAA is 3%, the free MAA in serum is 6.1 M and carboxyl group on particle surface is 50.75 %. The structure of polymer was measured by FT-IR. The viscosity average molecular weight of polymer was also studied, and Mn=2.6× 10s.
