摘要
胰腺无功能胰岛细胞瘤为临床少见肿瘤，恶性胰腺无功能胰岛细胞瘤更为少见，多发生于中青年，尤以女性多见。临床表现多特异性，Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查对手术切除有一定帮助。诊断以病理诊断为主，本病以手术治疗为主，手术切除率高，治疗效果佳。
Nonfunctional islet cell tumors (NFICTs) is a rare tumors,malignant NFICTs is more rare than benign's,NFICTs is almost be seen in young peoples,special in female.Patients always have no symptoms and signs.US and CT are useful for detecting.Diagnosis is difficult to make before pathological examine.Detecting is the main therapy for patients of NFICTs.The rate of detecting is high and effective.
