摘要
蔗糖非酵解型蛋白激酶(sucrose non-fermenting1-related protein kinase,SnRK)是广泛存在于植物中的一类Ser/Thr类蛋白激酶,参与植物体内多种信号途径的转导,在植物的抗逆境生理过程中扮演了重要角色。本文介绍了植物SnRK家族,重点阐述了SnRK2的结构、相互作用蛋白及该激酶活性的调节。SnRK2可以被NaCl及ABA等渗透胁迫激活,调节一系列相关基因的表达,从而提高植物对逆境的抵抗能力。
The SnRK(sucrose non-fermenting 1-related protein kinase) is a class of Ser/Thr protein kinase widely existing in plant and involved in a variety of signaling pathways,which play a pivotal role in plant stress physiology.In this summary,we described the SnRK protein kinase family in detail,especially structure,interacting proteins,regulation and kinase activity of SnRK2 which a plant SnRK family member.SnRK2 can be activatedby osmotic stress,such as NaCl and ABA and regulates several genes expression,thereby,enhancing the ability of plant resistance to environmental stresses.
