摘要
以偏铝酸钠溶液和二氧化碳气体为原料,成功地制备了不同晶型的氢氧化铝纳米粉末。叙述了实验过程中工艺条件对产品粒度、形貌和晶型等方面的影响。采用TEM、SEM、XRD分析表征了产品的形貌、粒度和晶型,结果表明,产品分别为片状三水氢氧化铝、纤维状的一水拟薄水铝石和无定形的三水氢氧化铝。
Different crystals nanosized aluminum hydroxides are prepared by carbonation using sodium alumihate and carbonation dioxide as source materials. The experimental procedure is described in details, the effects of various parameters on the granularity,morphology, crystal of the products are discussed. The crystal phase, particle morphology and particle size are characterized by TEM, SEM and XRD. The results indicate that the products are platelet alumium hydroxide,amorphous alumium hydroxide and pseudoboehmite, respectively.
