白细胞介素10基因修饰的树突状细胞对小鼠支气管哮喘模型气道炎症的影响 被引量:5

摘要 树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)作为免疫系统中专业的抗原递呈细胞,有启动和抑制机体免疫反应的潜能[1].通过基因工程的方法生产出能够编码免疫调节因子的免疫调节性DC,对于基因水平治疗移植排斥、自身免疫反应以及过敏性疾病具有广阔前景[2].本研究中采用基因工程的方法合成小鼠白细胞介素(IL)10基因,并转染小鼠骨髓来源的DC,观察其对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)模型气道炎症的影响,探讨哮喘发病的早期(抗原递呈期)给予干预,控制哮喘发病的可行性及可能存在的机制.
