胃癌组织中水通道1蛋白和mRNA的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 水通道1(aquaporin-1,AQP1)是一类存在于细胞膜上的水通透性蛋白,与消化道肿瘤的侵袭和转移有密切关系.本研究采用免疫组化法、蛋白印迹法和RT-PCR技术检测胃癌组织中AQP1蛋白和mRNA的表达,旨在探讨AQP-1在胃癌侵袭和转移中的作用.
