摘要
从富含油脂的土样中采集原始菌种,通过富集培养、平板筛选和复筛等方法,获得脂肪酶产生菌.然后进行逐个因子实验,对产酶条件进行优化,得一株产脂肪酶达95U/mL的高产菌株.
Original bacteria were collected from lipid-rich soil samples. Lipase-producing bacteria were obtained by enrichment culture, plate screening and repeated screening. Then factor experiments were conducted to optimize the culture conditions for lipase production. A high-yielding strain with a yield of 95 U/mL, Serratia sp. SL-11, was obtained.
