摘要
该文在提出道路交通运输网络脆弱性概念的基础上,分析道路通运输网络脆弱性的内涵,基于交通供需随机性分析,建立道路交通运输网络脆弱性概念模型,提出道路交通运输网络脆弱性评估方法。并以某简化道路交通网络为例,通过对其交通状况的分析,说明利用脆弱性分析方法可以合理的评价路网的运行状态,从而使交通主管部门充分认识交通供需矛盾,实现有限资源的合理利用和道路交通网络潜力的充分发挥,最终从根本上解决道路交通运输问题。
Based on the concept of frangibility of road transportation network, the article analyzes the connotation of frangibility of road transportation network. According to the randomness analysis of traffic demand, the article sets up the frangibility conceptual model of road transportation network and puts forward the frangibility evaluation method of road transportation network. Taking a simplified road transportation network as an example, the article analyzes its traffic status, which can explain that the frangibility analysis method to be used can reasonably evaluate the operation condition of the road network so as to make the departments in charge of traffic fully know the traffic demand contradiction. In the result, the limit resource is reasonably utilized and the potential of road transportation network is fully played. Finally the problem of road transportation is radically solved.
