摘要
从公交服务质量的安全性、方便性、经济性、迅速性、准时性与舒适性6个方面建立了城市公交服务质量的评价指标体系,并将可靠性的概念引入公交服务质量的评价中,运用公交服务的可靠性方法建立了公交服务质量的评价模型,并以西安市的公交情况进行了实例分析计算.其评价结果与实际情况相吻合,验证了此评价方法的实用性及可行性.
The public transit service quality is the degree that the transit enterprises satify the travel demand of passengers, and is one of the standards which measures the level of urbanization. The standards of public transit service quality should be set up and evaluated by passengers. This paper establishes an evaluation index system for urban public transit service quality from six aspects that is security, convenience, economy, swiftness, punctuality and comfortableness. It also introduces the concept of reliability into the appraisal for the public transit service quality for the first time, sets up an assessment model for the public transit service quality using a method of reliability, and analyzes the public transit condition of Xi'an.
