摘要
将虚拟样机技术应用于汽车手动变速器的设计中,以Pro/Engineer4.0为工具,建立变速器各零部件的三维实体模型,根据它们之间的约束关系进行整体装配建模,检测变速器整体模型中各零件之间的干涉情况,以确保运动仿真的顺利进行;在Pro/Mechanism模块中建立变速器的运动仿真模型,动态模拟变速器的整个工作过程。该方法实现了变速器设计阶段的可视化,实验表明,采用虚拟样机技术提高了汽车变速器的设计质量和效率。
Applying virtual prototyping technique to the design of manual transmission.Pro/Engineer 4.0 is used to establish the solid model of every parts of the transmission and assemble them on the basis of their constraint relations.The interventions among every part of the transmission are checked also to ensure the feasibility of motion simulation.The motion simulation model of the transmission is established in Pro/Mechanism module to imitate the whole operation process.This method visualizes the process of designing transmission.The experiments show that the virtual prototyping technique can help to improve the quality and efficiency of the transmission design.
