摘要
本文针对数字时代我国版权领域存在的问题,从法律建立角度、公众认识角度、权利人意识角度、行政管理角度进行了分析,探讨了数字出版领域版权保护问题的解决方向,并就法律改革提出了建议。
According to problems of the field of copyright in the digital age and analysis from the aspects of legislation , public awareness , right consciousness and administrative point of view this paper discusses the solution orientation of copyright pro- tection problems in the digital publishing field and puts forward the recommendations of law reform.
