摘要
为了适应高等教育的需要,提高普通高校大学生身心素质健康水平,在体育教学实践中,按重新组合的教学内容以及重新设计的教学进度和教学计划进行教学。通过实验班和对照班的教学效果对比研究表明:该教学方法能够有效地提高大学生体质和心理健康水平。
In order to meet the needs of rapid development of our higher education and improve college students' constitution,the college physical education can be taught by rearranging teaching content and redesigning the teaching schedule and plan.This teaching method has been proved effective in improving college students' constitution by drawing a comparison of the teaching effect between the experimental class and the control class.
