摘要
据有关调查,发现有20%左右的大学生患有不同程度的心理障碍和心理疾病,已影响大学生健康成才。解决这一问题已迫在眉睫。本文提出通过高校体育教育和锻炼可促进大学生的心理健康,使其成为真正的德智体全面发展的人才。
Psychologists have found out that about 20% of college students suffer from psychological disturbance or disorder in different degrees,which hampers their normal development into useful personnel. It is imperative that this phenomenon be eliminated. In this paper is put forward the idea thatphysical culture and training can do much to improve the mental health of college students for the benefit of their all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique.
