摘要
在荸荠离体培养过程中出现了较严重的培养基pH下降和培养基褐化现象。5g/L的活性碳可与培养基中的褐色化合物结合从而除去培养基中的褐色化合物。
During Chinese water chestnut [Eleocharis dulcis (Burm f) Trin ex Henschel] in vitro culture, serious decline of medium pH and medium browning occurred. The application of either 50 mmol/L biological buffer MOPS (3-[N-Morpholino] propanesulfonic acid) or 5 g/L activated charcoal (AC) could not stop the drop of medium pH, although 5 g/L AC removed the brown compounds in the media by combining with the brown compounds.
