摘要
对平菇菌丝在同一培养基PHS—13范围内的生长速度，生长势和形入占构进行了观测。结果表明平菇菌丝在PHS—13范围内均可生长，但PH10以上长势显著减弱。
The growth rate,growth potential,morphology of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus)hyphae were observed with various PH values ranging from 5 - 13 in cultur medium. The results showed that although the hyphae could grow within pH values 5- 13,the vigorwas much lower with pH value exceeding 10. The study may provide a guidance for breeding forresistance and successful culturing.
