摘要
本研究首次对双峰驼在不同饮水条件下血清中抗利尿素(ADH)和醛固酮(Aldo)的含量进行测定,结果表明:双峰驼正常血清中ADH和Aldo冬夏季含量均值为0557和5984pg/ml,Aldo比ADH高100多倍。ADH含量夏季明显高于冬季(P<001)。禁水后两种激素含量明显增加,禁水15天时ADH和Aldo增加为0764和13048pg/ml,禁水期ADH含量的季节差异逐渐缩小;而Aldo的季节差异则显著扩大,15天时Aldo夏季含量比冬季高7432%。暴饮后12h,ADH和Aldo的含量急剧减为0449和3286pg/ml,4日后渐恢复正常。表明两种激素含量与机体含水量和排尿量呈负相关,与禁水时间呈正相关。说明ADH和Aldo是调节双峰驼水代谢和排尿量的重要体液因素。
Antidiuretic hormone(ADH) and aldosterone(Aldo) contents in blood serum of bactrian camels were dynamically studied under the different conditions of water drinking for the first time.It was shown that the average contents of ADH and Aldo in blood serum of bactrian camels between winter and summer were 0 557 and 59 84 pg/ml,respectively Aldo was 100 times as high as ADH which was higher in summer than in winter( P <0 01).After dehydration,these hormones were significantly increased.ADH and Aldo reached up to 0 764 and 130 48 pg/ml at 15 days dehydration During the dehydration,the seasonal differences of ADH was gradually reduced,but those of Aldo rose sharply.Aldo content in the summer was 74 32% higher than that in the winter at the 15th day of dehydration ADH and Aldo levels were decreased to 0 499 and 32 86 pg/ml at the twelfth hours after the rehydration and gradually returned to the normal.These results indicated that these two hormones were negatively interrelated with the water as well as micturition volumes in the body and positively with the duration of dehydration.It was also shown that Aldo and ADH played more impotant roles in adjusting the water metabolism and micturition volumes of bactrian camels.
