摘要
以高水分低阶煤为研究对象,考察了煤的低温干燥脱水工艺条件,并采用热重分析法研究了不同干燥条件对煤的氧化及自燃性能的影响。结果表明:用170℃热空气干燥10min可将煤中水分从30%降低至15%以下,低位发热量从18.63MJ/kg提高到23.51MJ/kg;煤的脱水活化能增加,吸氧增重活化能降低,煤在干燥过程中的氧化程度加深,自燃倾向性增强。
Taking the high moisture low rank coal as the study object, the low temperature dry and de -watering technique conditions of coal was investigated and the thermal gravity analysis method was applied to study the different dry conditions affected to the coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion performances. The results showed that with the 170℃ hot air dry for 10 min, the moisture content of the coal could be reduced from 30 % to 15 % below, The net calorific value could be increased from 18.63 MJ/kg to 23, 51 MJ/kg. The de - watering and activation energy of coal could be increased and the oxygen absorbed and weight increased activation energy would be reduced. During the coal drying processes, the oxidation degree of the coal would be enhanced and the spontaneous combustion tendency would be increased.
