摘要
采用JET VIBE(ETS-900N模式)振动训练台,对首都体育学院跳远专项二级运动员进行振动刺激力量训练,振动频率为25~40 Hz。经过八周系统的力量训练,在60°/s和300°/s测试条件下,利用I-SOMED 2000等速测试训练仪器分别对两组受试者踝关节屈伸肌群进行等速力量测试,实验结果表明:振动力量训练在同等负荷条件下能够更有效的发展运动员踝关节趾屈肌群的最大力量、爆发力,但背屈肌群肌力增长不显著;振动力量训练在提高踝关节肌群力量耐力、快速力量和屈伸肌群协调性方面未表现显著性的变化。
In order to broaden approaches of special muscle training and to enrich and innovate training methods,the paper explores the effect of vibration strength training to ankle joint muscle of long-jump athletes through the contrast experiment between vibration strength training(II)and ordinary one(I).Based on the experiment,the author demonstrates that under the same load condition,vibration strength training can effectively improve athlete's maximal power and explosive power around area of ankle flexors,but the effect of vibration strength training is not obvious to the performance of the extensors of ankle joint.Furthermore,vibration strength training is not effective to enhance the muscular endurance and express power of ankle joint and make strength of the flexors and the extensors of knee joint develop harmoniously.
