全身振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of whole body vibration training on lower-limb function of patients with stroke

摘要 目的:观察全身振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能和平衡功能的影响。方法:选取在我院住院的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组患者均给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上加用全身振动训练。2组患者均在治疗前、治疗8周后采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分( FMA)和Berg平衡功能量表( BBS)进行评估。结果:治疗8周后,2组患者FMA下肢运动功能评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),观察组较对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。2组BBS平衡功能评分均明显高于治疗前,观察组更高于对照组。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者全身振动训练结果运动疗法能明显提高患者的下肢运动功能和平衡功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of whole body vibration on balance and movement ability of lower-limb in patients with stroke.Methods:60 patients were assigned randomly to control group (30 cases) and vibration group (30 cases) .Both groups received regular rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks.In addition, vibration group received whole body vibration training.Outcome variables includ-ed the Berg balance scale (BBS) and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale (FMA) before and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:There was significant difference in the scores of BBS and FMA in both groups before and after treatment (P〈0.01) or between two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The whole body vibration training might be effective on lower-limb function on patients with stroke.
