摘要
以公立医院为例,论述管理公正与公共服务的关系。列举了公立医院目前管理过程中存在的反公正管理的现象,指出维护公立医院管理公正的重要性与紧迫性。从提高认识,增强公正管理的自觉;建立相应的管理与惩治制度;实行社会舆论监督、责任追究等三方面,提出了实现公立医院管理公正的具体途径。
Taking public hospitals as examples,the paper discusses the relationship between management justice and public services. By listing the current anti-justice phenomena in public hospital management,the paper points out the importance and urgency of maintaining management justice in public hospitals. The authors then put forward some specific measures for achieving management justice in public hospitals from the following three aspects:strengthening awareness for management justice,establishing relevant management and punishment system,and implementing social supervision and accountability.
