早期乳腺癌保乳治疗72例

Clinical experiences breast-conserving therapy of early breast cancer in 72 cases

摘要 乳腺癌手术经历了根治术、超根治术、改良根治术等多种手术方式。随着临床基础研究对乳腺癌生物学行为认识的加深，发现乳腺癌是全身性疾病，淋巴结对肿瘤的扩散并无防御功能，扩大手术切除范围并不能提高疗效。其外科治疗方法也经历了由小范围到大范围，再由大范围到小范围的演变过程。我科1999—2004年早期乳腺癌行保乳治疗72例，现报告如下。
