摘要
文章通过访谈和教学实验,研究了英语写作教学中教师书面评语媒介语的选择与学生作文修改质量的关系。结果表明:教师评语的有效性与媒介语的选择有直接关系;使用母语书写评语有助于提高学生修改作文的数量和质量,因此也一定有助于发展学生的写作能力。
This study investigates,through such research techniques as interview and teaching experiment,the relationship between the medium language used in teachers’ written commentary and the quality and quantity of students’ correction in the process-oriented teaching of English writing.It reveals that 1) the effectiveness of teachers’ written commentary is closely related to the choice of the medium language,and 2) L1 written commentary could help to enhance both the quality and quantity of students’ correction,and hence the development of their writing ability.
