摘要
近年来,名人代言虚假广告引发了广泛的争议,也给消费者权益带来较大损害。名人代言虚假广告,与我国相关法律制度和信用制度的缺失以及监管部门执法不力有密切关系。应严格规定名人在虚假广告中的法律责任,在加大执法部门的打击力度和建立信用环境的基础上规范广告市场,杜绝虚假广告,维护公共利益。
In recent years, the fact of famous people's presenting false advertisements has caused wide arguments, and has brought great damages to consumers. The fact is closely related to the lack of relative law and credit systems as well as inefficient enforcement of the law conducted by supervision and management organizations. We should make strict regulations for the legal responsibilities of famous people's presenting false advertisements,make advertisement market standardized through strict punishment conducted by law enforcement agencies and construction of credit environment,stop false advertisements,and mainrain public interests.
