摘要
现行《广告法》将广告真实性原则作为基本原则加以规定,然实践中虚假广告行为却屡禁不止,尤其是此类案件中对媒介法律责任的认定及追究仍存在较大的问题。该文对媒介的广告法律责任责任进行了探讨,同时也对另一个紧密相关的问题,即媒介消费者的法律定位进行了研究。
Our country present “Advertising Law” and the advertisement authentic principle look the basic principle performs to stipulate. However in the practice the false advertisement behavior actually remains incessant. And major problems still enisted in the care of the medium legal liabihy recgnized in particular and investigatzd. This article has made the discussion to the medium advertisement legal liability responsibility.
