农业科技创新资源合作利用机制研究——以白马现代高新技术产业园为例

摘要 农业科技园是我国农业技术创新的重要源头和崭新模式,除解决其自身发展的问题外,对推动农业科技创新起着至关重要的作用。白马现代高新技术产业园作为立足于江苏乃至华东地区的以农业科技创新和成果转化为核心的实验示范基地,拥有突出的资源优势,从白马现代高新技术产业园的资源条件出发,分析其发展中存在的制约因素,提出建立市场驱动的"双向"资源合作利用机制。 Agricultural Technology Park is an important source and brand - new model of agricultural technology innovation of our country, so that solving its problem of self- development plays a vital role in promoting the innovation of agricultural technology. Baima Modem High - tech Park, as the experimental demonstration base to the core of agricultural technology innovation and commercialization of research findings based on the Jiangsu Province and even East China, has outstanding resource superiority. According to this we analyze the factors that restrict the development of the park and bring forward bidirectional and market - driving mechanisms for cooperation in the use of resources.
