摘要
基于对产学研合作研究现状的分析,提出产学研项目应是产学研合作管理研究的重要切入点。由于产学研合作项目的创新性、参与主体的复杂性和目标多样性,使得项目管理和多项目管理等方面的研究难以为提高这类项目的成功率提供有效的理论和方法支撑,为此本文提出应从产学研项目治理研究着手解决此问题。通过对产学研合作项目治理的内涵和基本思想进行分析,提出了以统一分析过程迭代模型为主的产学研项目治理研究内容及思路。
Based on the analysis of studies on cooperation between enterprise, universities and research institute （ EUR）, it was pointed out that project - based view should be adopted for the study of cooperation among EUR. Due to the innovative and the multi - organization cooperation nature of the EUR project, the ratio of success of this kind of projects is low, and project management and project portfolio management can＇t solve this problem, so the project governance provides effective support for the success of EUR cooperation. Through analysis of the essence and ideology of project governance, the content for the research of governance of EUR cooperation project based on unified analysis process model was proposed.
