摘要
设计了一种由两组独立的压电角位移执行机构组成的基于压电致动器的新型电动舵机.压电致动器产生的位移经过杠杆机构放大以后转换为舵偏角的输出.推导了压电舵机的数学模型,在此基础上讨论了影响压电舵机性能的因素,并通过实验加以论证.研究结果表明所设计的压电舵机具有结构紧凑、体积小、质量功率比高、价格低、响应速度快等优点,适用于小型旋转制导弹药.
A novel electric servo based on piezoelectric actuator is designed and is comprised by two separate piezoelectric angel servos.The displacement produced by piezoelectric actuator is amplified by lever mechanism and transferred into angel output.The mathematic model of piezoelectric servo is deduced,and we discuss the factors which affect the servo's performance based on this model and confirm the conclusion by experiments.The research results indicate that the novel piezoelectric servo has several advantages,such as compact structure,small capacity,high mass-power ratio,fast response and low price.The piezoelectric servo is appropriate used for small spinning guided munitions.
