摘要
研制了一套可变能量的高能点火系统。利用该系统研究了点火能量对低压缸内直喷天然气发动机燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明,增大点火能量,有助于改善低压缸内直喷天然气发动机的燃烧过程,加快火核的形成和初期火焰的发展,提高燃烧稳定性,但当点火能量增大到一定值后,继续增大点火能量对发动机燃烧性能的改善作用不再明显。
This paper develops the ignition system whose energy is high and variable. Based on this system, influence of ignition energy on the combustion characteristics of a low-pressure direct injection natural gas engine is researched. The result shows that increasing the ignition energy is advantageous for improving the combustion process in the low-pressure direct injection natural gas engine, speeding up the formation of flame kernel and the initial development of the flame, and improving combustion stability. However, after the ignition energy increases to a certain value,it is no longer obviously for the improvement of combustion characteristics with continuing to increase the ignition energy.
