摘要 针对燃烧轻气炮密闭空间轻质可燃气体燃烧控制问题,建立了燃烧室氢氧预混气体湍流反应流动模型,湍流模型采用标准k-ε双方程模型,氢氧燃烧采用EDM涡耗散模型。通过CFD方法对氢氧燃烧过程进行了数值模拟,获得了燃烧室内压力、温度及气体组分的时空分布变化过程,分析了不同装填条件对氢氧燃烧过程的影响规律。研究结果对燃烧轻气炮氢氧预混气体燃烧过程控制具有指导意义。 Aiming at the combustion control problem of light combustible gas in the closed chamber of combustion light gas gun,the turbulent reaction flow model of hydrogen-oxygen premixed gas was estab-lished,in which the standard k-εtwo-equation turbulence model and the EDM combustion model was used.The combustion process of hydrogen-oxygen was simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method,the spatial distribution of pressure,temperature and gas component versus time was gained,and the influence of different loading condition on hydrogen-oxygen combustion process was analyzed.The sim-ulated results can provide an important reference for controlling the combustion process of hydrogen-oxygen premixed gas in the combustion light gas gun.
