摘要
以液滴质量约为0.005~0.01 g的聚乙烯塑料毛细滴管和电子天平代替普通称量滴定装置进行微型滴定,不仅减轻了热胀冷缩、量器误差和人为操作等因素带来的不利影响,也简化了实验装置和操作技术,减少了试剂用量,使测定过程更方便、快速,从而建立了一种毛细滴管-电子天平微型称量滴定法分析新方法。采用该法测定天然石膏中的碳酸盐含量,当滴定剂用量为0.5~1.0 g时,相对标准偏差在0.38%~0.66%范围,优于常量法,可以推广应用。
A micromass titrinetry is established using a vinyon capillary burette,in which the droplet mass is 0.005~0.01 g,together with an electronic balance.The new titration method is capable of reducing the errors resulting from temperature change,gauge error,as well as uncertainties with visual observation.It also simplifies the experimental instrument and the operation process,reduces reagant dosage and speeds up the detemination.The method is used to determine coulonate content in natural gypsun samples.With 0.5~1.0 g titrant used,the RSD is 0.38%~0.66%,which is better than the traditional constant titration.
