摘要
实验室建立了水质中微量亚硝酸盐的测定方法。在弱酸性条件下,亚硝酸盐先与对氨基苯磺酸起重氮化作用,然后在碱性介质中与8-羟基喹啉偶合成橙红色染料。结果表明,亚硝酸盐含量在0μg/mL^0.8μg/mL范围内,符合朗伯-比耳定律,该络合物在500nm处具有最大吸光度,相关系数r=0.9985,其精密度(R.S.D)<5%,加标回收率99.4%~102.2%。
Under weak acidic conditions, nitrite may take place diazotizat ion in amino-benzene-sulfonic, and orange-red colour may be dual synthesized in alkaline medium with 8-hydroxyquinoline. Results showed that when concentration of nitrite ranged in 0-0.8 p g/ml, the maximum absorbance occurred at the wavelength of 500 nm, which followed Beer's law. Recovery of the method was 99.4-102.2%, with RSD 〈5% and coefficient factor at r-=0.9985. The method is feasible to determination of trace nitrite in water.
