摘要
在总氮测定过程中 ,空白测试是必不可少的分析试验。但在实际操作中 ,发现空白值经常存在偏高的情况 ,加大了系统误差。如何降低分析空白实验值 ,保证分析样品的精密度和准确度 ,成为测定过程的关键之一。本文从试剂影响、器皿影响、操作过程影响及环境影响等方面全面分析 ,并以实验数据予以验证。在此基础上提出降低空白值的手段和措施 ,以指导实验室操作实践。
This paper aims to discuss the influencing factors of the blank values in the aspects of reagent, containers, the process of operation, the environment concerned so as to prove the analysis by the experimental data. And on the above basis, the authors intend to introduce methods and means in reducing the blank value to provide some guides in experimental operational work. The bland sample is a necessary analysis of the experimental process in determining the total-nitrogen with K_2S_2O_8 oxidization spectrophotometry. But in the course of practical operational work, it can be observed that the blank value is generally higher than the systematic error enlarged. So, reducing the blank value is the key to ensuring precision degree and the water sample accuracy.
