摘要
采用Unisensor试剂盒法和杯碟法对22份来自不同奶站的生鲜乳中β-内酰胺酶进行了检测,指出了两种方法各自的优点和缺点。β-内酰胺酶检测过程中,两种方法应配合使用,简便、快捷的Unisensor试剂盒法可以做现场及快速检测,杯碟法可以对Unisensor试剂盒法的检测结果进行确证。
β-lactamases in 22 raw milk samples from different milk stations were detected using Unisensor kit and cylinder plate methods.The advantages and shortcomings of two methods were finally resulted.The conclusion was that two methods should be used at the same time in detection ofβ-lactamases.Unisensor kit was used for simple and rapid detection,and cylinder plate method was used for authentication of the results from Unisensor kit.
