摘要
通过对XRF分析技术在设备磨损状态监测中的应用历程、现状、特点的评述和分析,结合磨粒分析主要采用的铁谱和原子发射光谱的技术特点,提出了基于XRF技术的机械磨损状态监测策略,并对未来发展趋势做了展望,指出了亟待解决的问题。
In this paper,the monitoring strategy based on X-ray fluorescence(XRF) analysis has been brought forward combined with the characteristics of the Atomic Emission Spectroscopy and Ferrography which were mostly used to analyze debris,after analyzing the course,status in quo and characteristics of XRF analysis applying to equipment wear condition monitoring.The developing trend of the XRF analysis applying to equipment wear condition monitoring has been expected,and the desiderate problems have been pointed out.
