摘要
目的了解技校学生对职业卫生相关知识的掌握情况以及态度和行为方式,为相关部门有效的开展健康教育与健康促进提供依据,更好地控制职业性有害因素对健康的影响。方法采用多阶层分层整群随机抽样的方法 ,对某技校500名学生进行问卷调查。结果技校学生对职业卫生相关知识的知晓率普遍较低,平均得分为35.8;学生层次、专业、课程中涉及相关内容是影响知识、态度和行为得分的主要因素,不同性别之间差异无统计学意义;目前学生获得知识的途径主要来自广播电视(63.3%)、报刊杂志(58.1%)和网络(42.4%);在希望获取知识的途径中,有55.3%的学生希望学校开设相关的课程,有47.8%的学生希望通过医务人员的讲解获得相关知识。结论技校学生的职业卫生相关知识知晓率较低,学校应该开设相关课程,加强宣教工作。
Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude and practice of occupational health in technical school students,so as to provide the evidence for developing heath education and health promotion to prevent the occupational hazards.Methods A total of 500 technical school students were selected with the multistage stratified sampling and cluster sampling methods and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The average score of knowledge of occupational health was 35.80±17.55,which was poor.The factors that influenced knowledge,attitude and practice were educational background levels,profession and the establishment of related courses.There was no statistical difference between the different sexes.The sources to get the knowledge of occupational health were radio and television （63.3%）,newspapers and magazines （58.1%）,Internet （42.4%）,while the favorite sources of the students were learning from related courses （55.3%） and the introduction of doctors （47.8%）.Conclusions The awareness of occupational health in technical school students is poor and we should set up the related courses and do more efforts.
