摘要
天津医科大学护理学院长期致力于护理学实践教学综合平台的建设。通过建设集专业实验教学平台、人文关怀精神培养实验教学平台和实践基地教学平台于一体的护理学实践教学综合平台，培养学生的临床基本操作技能、专科技能、临床思维能力、创新能力及综合素质，显著提高了学生的学习效果，对用人单位的调查结果显示毕业生的质量逐年提高。
School of Nursing in Tianjin Medical University constantly strives to construct the teaching comprehensive platform for nursing practice to promote students＇ clinical practical techniques, professional care skills, clinical thinking abilities, creativity and clinical comprehensive qualities. The comprehensive platform includes professional experimental teaching platform, humanistic care teaching platform, and clinical practice base platform. The feedbacks from the students and faculties showed that this platform had positive impact on the students＇ learning outcomes and the improvement of students＇ comprehensive abilities, similar investigation results were gotten from the employers.
